Mobile Integrated Health (MIH)

Hope Valley Ambulance started Mobile Integrated Health operations in 2026. Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) is a community-based program that deploys EMTs, AEMT-Cardiacs, and Paramedics into patients' homes for non-emergent assessment, evaluation, and care. Our mobile integrated health team operates several days per week, seeing a rolling panel of patients who are admitted and eventually discharged from the program.

Our program goals include reducing unnecessary 911 utilization, reducing local emergency department overcrowding, and improving patient health outcomes while allowing patients to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

At this time, Hope Valley Ambulance MIH currently accepts referrals from existing community provider partnerships only.
