| HVAS is pleased to recognize member and EMT Brie Czarnowsky for Member Monday. Brie has been a part of HVAS for several years and regularly serves on our 911 response crew multiple days each week. She is focused on advancing her EMS career by becoming a Paramedic and is committed to expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible care, learning from every patient and colleague. Outside of her work, Brie is a mother of three young children, who are her pride and joy. She also enjoys playing the piano, a skill she has developed since the age of 13.
Brie had this to say about EMS:
"Being an EMT has taught me that sometimes helping someone isn’t just about treating an injury or illness. It’s about showing up, staying calm in the middle of chaos, listening, and making someone feel like they’re not alone when they need help the most."
