Keep your eyes OPEN!We are excited to announce that our 2024 Hope Valley Subscription memberships have hit the mail as of today and you should start seeing them in your mailbox as early as tomorrow beginning of next week. As you all know, this is later in the year than normal. This was due to a change at the USPS that caused our organization to switch gears and send these out with a little help from Sun Graphics in Westerly. With this delay, we understand the bottom of the membership says to return by 3/31/24. However, the date to be returned is 4/30/24. We could not change this once the process started and realized these would not make the mail in time.

Subscriptions cover any out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by your medical insurance. In 2023, HVAS responded to over 1500 calls for service in the Richmond and Hopkinton Communities. Hope Valley Ambulance is not affiliated with the Carolina or Hope Valley Fire Districts; therefore, it does not receive any financial benefits from your town fire tax. HVAS relies heavily on these Subscriptions to keep up with the latest and greatest medical technology to better serve our community. With last year's subscriptions, HVAS secured the purchase of our new 2023 E-450 Road Rescue with the power load stretcher system.

Also, new this year, we will be accepting credit cards! If you wish to pay by card, starting on Wednesday, 4/3, you will be able to call the office at the number below and pay for your subscription. A reminder that the office is not staffed all the time. Please do not leave any credit card information on our answering machine; please leave a message, and one of our staff members will get back to you.
