Hope Valley Ambulance is the designated EMS provider for the towns of Richmond and Hopkinton, Rhode Island, excluding the village of Ashaway. The primary service area includes the boundaries of the Richmond Carolina Fire District and the Hope Valley Wyoming Fire District.
Hope Valley Ambulance is a non-municipal, independent emergency service agency. Hope Valley Ambulance does not receive funding from local fire/emergency services taxation via the local fire districts' existing taxation structure. Our service functions via limited financial contributions from the local governments, EMS incident billing revenue, community ambulance membership revenue, and donations from the community.
